Using fedora-review is not mandatory but highly recommended for
packaging/reviewing beginners. And it can be very helpful due to
some of the checks it performs (e.g. license headers in source files).

A bug in fedora-review could lead to false '[x]' in review.txt.
If it's just another '[ ]' in the report, the fedora-review user
is supposed to check those manually anyway. ;-)
