I saw the error about libguestfs this morning and was going to
investigate. 

I've filed: 
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/4680
with some more info and we will update that with what we find. 

I can only assume our genacls/make new branch script got confused by
something. ;(
