Fedora 22 Final blocker bug status #1

Hi folks! Time for another blocker bug status mail. I'll just do the
quick version today, listing cases where specific action is required
from testers or developers. If a bug on the blocker list isn't
mentioned here, it means no specific action is needed for it (some not
individually mentioned are covered by the catch-all 'unicode encoding'
note at the bottom).

Here are some dates for your diary: Final Freeze is 05-12, Final Go/No
-Go is 05-21. TC2 will be composed today. We are aiming to do a TC3
compose on Thursday evening North American time: it'd be great to have
as many blocker fixes as possible submitted to Bodhi by that time.
