me too and besides that gnome is (luckily) not the only desktop on 
Fedora - Fedora *does not* need to be competitive for the price becoming 
the same and hit *existing users* in the face which choose Fedora 
*because it s* Fedora and *not* Ubuntu, Windows or OSX
