Is it a playground for technical nerds, use spatial mode (because it might be the best mode). Is it a distribution for normal end users, use browser mode (because the majority of people is used to this mode). But don't expect that Fedora will change to what people are used to, this is nothing that Fedora can do now, maybe sometime in the future (Microsoft could, but they don't do it).<br>
