<p>I'm not sure; how do I test for this? If I have RC1, how do I get RC2? I can, however, yum the software I need/want, and have since done so.</p>

Are you sure you tested RC2 not RC1? It sounds kinda like<br>
<a href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=794927" target="_blank">https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=794927</a> , which was in RC1<br>
but fixed in RC2. What exactly happens when you try to install anything?<br>
