The nss maintainer added a buildroot override thats causing that.
"emaldonado has added nss-softokn-3.14-5.fc18 to the buildroot override
tag for Fedora 18.
Notes: Required for update to nss-3.14"

<pre wrap="">In response to Kevin's email I proceeded to expire that nss-softokn-3.14-5.fc18 buildroot override tag.
I have been notified of problems with seamonkey that apparently requires > 0:3.14 which I still have to solve.
If and when I need to, I'll just do one-day overrides and expire them promptly.
