Writing up a proposal on what the guiding principles should be and building consensus on it is the harder part. Are you willing to do that? If so, look up <a href="https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Overview">https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Overview</a> and prior discussions on Fedora advisory board list and elsewhere and build on it. <br>
