There is an ongoing discussion[0] about whether or not /usr/bin/yum will be
replaced by dnf to allow continuity in the user experience, but the migration
to dnf is going forward.  Whatever decision is made, dnf's behavior does differ
in many ways from yum.  The System Administrator's guide is our go-to reference
for yum now, and should serve that role for dnf as well.
