argh, cloning bugs is considered harmful. you now have a bunch of unnecessary
text in the first comment, a bunch of CCs, blocker metadata, and an upstream
bug reference, none of which are actually relevant to this bug. And the bug
summary is not correct.

I wish we could just remove the damn Clone button from the interface entirely.
