Can you draw upon Tim's advice to set the environment variable depending
on need (local or system wide) to write up a paragraph or two about
this?
I'm thinking that you digest this better than I do already, and can
offer a draft (straw man) for us to fix and include in the Docs/Beats.
We are still adding content over the next day or so for the Web-
publication of the release notes.
