Docs FAD at OLF

Hey folks,

What day is this planned for? I can't get a whole heck of a lot out of
the wiki page set up at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAD_@_OLF_2011
... and I don't want to take the 8am flight out on Sunday if stuff is
planned for that day.

Also, I know that at least a small bit of budget is needed (I've
already booked zoglesby's room), and we should probably notate that on
this page, unless we're rolling it all into the same budget as the
rest of OLF (in which case, we should notate it in that budget) :D

Just trying to keep everything transparent! :)
