Publican: problem with toc.html

Hello,

I'm trying to publish my publican documentation with the following command:

publican build --publish --formats epub,html,html-single,pdf --langs 
fr-FR --quiet --embedtoc

However, the html versions lack the toc.html file. I remember I had same 
problem few months ago but I fail to solve the issue this time.

Can someone give a hand ?

I'm running the followings:

publican-fedora-2.0-0.fc14.noarch
publican-2.5-1.fc14.noarch
