Legacy. So it's a useless entry at best. And confusing at worst (although
there's a chance someone could make their system unbootable by following
the existing documentation).

I wonder how many other guides have this old information in them AND if it
wouldn't just be better to just comment out that text until someone can
write up the new instructions.
