Fedora 18 release notes in Chinese translation are missing

Hi guys,
I couldn't find the zh_CN and zh_TW localized release notes here[1].
Is there anything wrong on the translation which prevent the generation 
of the release notes?

BTW, may I publish them to URL[1] according to the steps described here[2]?
