I recall the intent was to direct users to specific guides for common
questions, blurbs like:

"Installing Fedora for the first time? Start with the Installation Guide"

..and some selective trimming of the existing content if it causes
uncomfortable page overflow. I hope that's clear enough; some initiative will
be required.
