Dayle, </p>
<p>That xref tag looks suspicious. It should read ' <xref linkend= ' not '<xref linked='. </p>
<p>I'd also test to make sure the spaces in that target don't break the link, just because it isn't the convention I'm used to. I wasn't even aware that we translated the id= and xref= strings, so this second concern could be misguided. </p>
