The following packages are in the f18 and f19 repos:
libsigrok
libsigrokdecode
sigrok-cli (depends on libsigrok and libsigrokdecode
pulseview (depends on libsigrok and libsigrokdecode
sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw
sigrok-firmware-free
sigrok-firmware-nonfree
