Governance charter revisiting -- no changes needed?

The Changing These Rules chapter in [1] says the Governance charter will 
be re-evaluated after Fedora 21 is released. So far I got no input what 
should be changed, so if nobody proposes anything else, I'll just move 
the "Changing These Rules" section to 22. Based on lazy consensus habit, 
I'm giving one week timeout to stop me, starting now :)
