EPEL Jersey replacement in /RHEL

Hi,

We are trying porting oat into EPEL and replaced most dependencies of oat
with existing EPEL/RHEL packages. Jersey is the only one left.

We found Jersey is depending on Maven but Maven isn't available in EPEL/RHEL
yet, so it should be hard to port Jersey into EPEL.

So is there any existing package in EPEL/RHEL which could be used as
replacement of Jersey? Even if it will need some code change from oat.
