EPEL [HEADS UP] Mongodb 2.4.6 upgrade - Oct 7

Hello,
I only had positive tests from everyone, so I have marked 
mongodb-2.4.6-1.el6 as stable.
It usually takes a few days for it to make it into the repo and pushed 
out to the mirrors.  So expect it within a week.
