The current version of of v8 on the Fedora master mirror is indeed 3.14.5.10-11:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/beta/7/x86_64/repoview/v8.html

Judging by the URL from your error, you seem to be using a local
mirror that is not properly synced, since it has metadata for the
updated v8 package but is missing the RPM itself. Please contact the
administrator of the mirror so that they can fix the issue.

In the meantime, you can work around the issue by manually installing
the v8 RPM from the above URL.
