EPEL leaving beta...

With the release of CentOS7 today and based on no one chiming in with
other things we need to wait for, I guess we should look at leaving
beta. :) 

Things we need to do: 

* Untag all packages that have broken deps and notify maintainers. 

* Check for overlapping packages and untag any needed. 

* Close the mass package add page on the wiki and tell folks to use
  normal scm requests. 

* Adjust tags in koji to the normal release ones. 

* Adjust bodhi to add the new release. 

* Do initial bodhi pushes for both main repo and updates-testing. 

* Write up an announcement and send it out. 

Anyone have anything else for the list?
