Workaround a bad interaction between curl and the Apache version run on Fedora Infrastructure when trying to make large auth'd requests (in any clientside module).  This was most visible when it hit multi-package bodhi submissions.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
su -c 'yum update python-fedora' at the command line.
