A set of macros for building GHC packages following the Haskell Guidelines
of the Fedora Haskell SIG.  ghc needs to be installed in order to make use of
these macros.

Update Information:

Rebase to 0.15.9 from F17 branch:
- require hscolour and generate hoogle
- no longer build redundant HS*.o ghci files
- %ghc_binlib_package renamed to %ghc_lib_subpackage
- better support for multiple lib subpackaging and meta-packages
- add cabal-tweak-dep-ver script

This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs.  Use
su -c 'yum update ghc-rpm-macros' at the command line.
