A trac plugin which automatically adds a default CC list when a new
ticket is created, based on the selected Component. CC lists can be
configured per Component through the component admin panel.

This update provides the latest upstream changes, which consist only of two fixes for bugs reported to upstream. Both fixes look desirable for users of the plugin. See http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/11039 and http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/11225 .
