[FAmSCo] Campus Ambassadors

I spoke with Ryan Rix as indicated.

Per our conversation:
1) It's his (and my) understanding that when Campus Ambassadors were
established by Jack back around 2008 they were a separate and distinct
group, with a budget and leadership structure separate from the
Ambassadors subproject.

2) Subsequent to his email that we viewed, he learned above, and he
has no actionable items for FAmSCo, and believes based on his (and my)
understanding it's outside our purview.
