[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

So if I add 1400 UTC on Saturday and Sunday as available for me, as well as
1500 UTC on Saturday and Sunday, would that work?

I would prefer Saturday, but either day is OK.
