I've cleaned up our agenda process for FAmSCo meetings.

We will create the agenda for each meeting on this page:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAmSCo_agenda

And then send that agenda to the famsco and ambassadors lists before the 
meeting.

That will allow us to separate the *current agenda* from the FAmSco 
tasks, which represent our longer-term goals, and which are here:
