[FAmSCo] Mentor for the APAC Region Call for Vote!

Hi FAmSCo,

as most of you noticed Rahul Sundaram stepped back from his Ambassdors
Mentor Role

With Susmit moving to the States and possibly being a bit out of sync
with the local timezone in india ;) I got a proposal to add a new Mentor
for the APAC Region.

Susmit, Sankarshan and Kushal - all suggested Shakthi Kannan as the
perfect choice.
