[FAmSCo] commission the new FAmSCo - decommission the former FAmSCo

Dear Fellows,

first of all congrats to all new elected FAmSCo Members! And once again
big thanks to all of you who served the last two terms.

according to

the current chair(me) will continue in his role until a new Chairperson
is elected. I am happy to help - as a neutral instance - with the
admistrative tasks and with the transition until we have a new Chair.

As you noticed i have already subscribed the new Members to the FAmSCo
List - if you are not happy with the email-address i have chosen from
FAS for your subscription, please re-subscribe.

In the next hours i will make the necessary changes to FAS, as well as
the former FAmSCo Members get unsubscribed from the FAmSCo List - the
Fedora Project Leader, the FAmA Members and the Budget Manager stay
subscribed to the list.

around as liason to the Fedora Board for you ;)

I propose the "old" meeting time, next Monday 18:00 UTC for your first
meeting where you have to elect the new FAmSCo Chair - this should be
enough time for everyone to find his way into the new role. May you also
want to change that? It is up to you now. ;)
