Done!

The invoice for media production was placed a time a go, I'm just
waiting for budget and Fedora 15 goes gold to start the production.

I also updated the travel subsidies ticket with information about what
was approved. Max might want to purchase Wolnei's ticket directly like
he is doing for FUDCon. Itinerary is attached to the ticket.
