I think so. However I am a little confused if it's 17:00 or 18:00 UTC.
For me it says 20:00 local time, and that equals 18:00 UTC.

Can all of you make sure it's really 17:00 UTC and then meet in
#fedora-meeting-2?

(#fedora-meeting is occupied and #fedora-meeting-1 hosts the French
community meeting at 18:00)
