[FAmSCo] Fwd: FUDCon APAC 2015 location

Hi Matthew,

APAC regional community has decided to support Pune as the location for
FUDCon APAC 2015. FAmSCo also reviewed the proposal and agreed with that
in the last FAmSCo meeting [1].
Following the FUDCon bid process [2], at the final, the location needs
to be approved by FPL.

Could you please review the proposal [3] and and make the decision.

Any ideas, comments and questions are welcome.
