[FAmSCo] FAmSCo Meeting Minutes 2016-03-16

A few status updates:

* The majority of us is in favor of lazy consensus. However, those of us present
in the meeting believe that 3 days will be a very short time frame for people to
respond. Please check Ticket #390 on trac and respond.

* We discussed the idea of every FAmSCo voting to take place on trac. I have

* We have to try our best to find a specific time and/or day for meetings that
will work for most people. Please fill out this poll If you haven't already:

opinion if you haven't already.
