I think KDE4.3 has surpassed KDE 3.5.10 ...

Only thing I think that is lacking in the KDE4 world is WPA2 for the
wifi app, other than that I do agree that 4.3 is the first release to
be able to sit back and go "yeah, that's kde3.5.10's successor"
