I just queued the core KDE packages for updates-testing a few minutes ago. 
Sebastian Vahl is building the extragear stuff (it was blocking on buildroot 
overrides, I requested them from rel-eng yesterday and they have now been 
tagged, so Sebastian should be able to do the remaining builds now), I'm 
sure they'll be queued for testing as well soon.
