[Bug 499992] Review Request: mingw32-webkitgtk - MinGW Windows web content engine library

Check the enchant package in the url I mentioned in the "Worth
considering" thread. Or check the SVN of enchant. I submitted all the
patches that are needed to cross-compile it with mingw.
