* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing
mingw-w64-tools-2.0.999-0.7.trunk.20130403.fc19 mingw-qt-4.8.4-3.fc19
mingw-libxml2-2.9.0-3.fc19 mingw-headers-2.0.999-0.19.trunk.20130403.fc19
