new to Linux. Pls help

 Am new to Linux and am new to this list. 
 I'd very much like to migrate to Linux. Can you tell
 me where I can get a copy of Fedora 10 Desktop Edition?
 I will also need help in the installation and use as I am not
 really that techy.
