[Fedora-spins] Spins switching back to rawhide?

The schedule (http://rbergero.fedorapeople.org/schedules/f-16/f-16-spins-tasks.html)
says that we should have switched to basing spins off of rawhide (back
to spin-kickstarts master branch and the rawhide repo) yesterday.

However, if there is still a chance of doing a late SoaS spin, I think
we should hold off until that is out, as it might help with testing.
