Hi,

we could reduce (slightly) the number of talks quite simply:
* request confirmation from speakers: last year, people submit many
talks thinking there would be some selection. Some may regret having
more than 2 proposals accepted.
* encouraging co-hosting (ie: we have two talks on Docker), that's
what we did with Toshio when we found out that we both wanted to hold
a reflexion about Fedora governance.
