Yay :)

I am planning to be there in-person this year so I won't be on the 
other end this time.

If it requires a financial investment to make the streams happen, maybe 
we should wrangle a crew of volunteers to do the transcribing in IRC as 
we've done in the past ahead of time so we know we've got people 
committed to using the streams for that purpose.
