Flock Folks,

Our Summer crew from the FOSSBox at RIT (http://foss.rit.edu) will be sending 10 people down to Flock! Our students are excited to share their research projects, and almost all of them have had talks, hackfests, or BoF's accepted. We were hoping to be able to get photos/video of each of the students' sessions (We will be bringing along a photographer/cameras), and hoping our students would be be able to attend eachother's presentations. Hi Tom and Flock organizers,

In today FAmSCo meeting [1], we discussed about our in-person meeting at
Flock as the opportunity you had mentioned here.
However, as we know, there are three of us (cwickert, sesivany and me) got
sponsored to Flock. All others have not got any confirmation yet.

I don't know if it is still enough time to get this happened?
If so, it'd be better to make it asap since Flock is just about 5 weeks
away.

Kind regards,
Tuan
I am exceptionally aware of how soon it is, I assure you. :-) I've spent much of this morning on the phone trying to confirm that we have enough funding for our non-speakers who requested subsidies. We should have word later today or in the morning.
