Font family of serif, sans-serif, monospace is the mixture classification of
font shape and font width.  And it's difficult to fully fit Japanese font to
English culture.

I think your policy is not logical but technical.  But I understand it's your
policy as a packager.

Please change the status to CLOSED/WONTFIX.
