Description of problem:
Instead of CEDILLA, private user area character undercommaascent has
referenced.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
liberation-sans-fonts-2.00.0-1.fc17.noarch

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type u+228 and U+229 with Sans bold Italic
2.
3.

Actual results:
undercommaascent is referenced.

Expected results:
it should be cedilla
