Lost in translation: font policy ambiguous regarding localization groups

I'm no specialist but it's supposed to pre-install sets of packages when
users have selected a particular localization in anaconda. So it would
be complementary to the new autoinstall stuff: install a basic font
complement via anaconda, and then auto install complements (for example
if the user starts typing/reading text in some other script than the one
of its primary locale)

But of course localization groups may be not worth the work we do in
maintaining it. This is really a question for yum/anaconda and i18n
folks.
