Hi Siem Reap -

I have just tested KhmerOS fonts we ship with Rawhide and they work as expected.
I tested Character Map and Khmer Wikipedia in Firefox, I also started GNOME
with "Central Khmer" language option in GDM and I certainly can see some 
labels in Khmer.

When I am at home I'll check how F-14 is doing. That also maybe problem with
that application on your screenshot. I suggest you try to setup Khmer in GDM
tell us what's the behavior.
