bugfix and enhancement release of lohit-kannada 2.4.5 and lohit-punjabi 2.4.4

Hi All,

done some bugfixes and enhancements in lohit punjabi and kannada, latest
tarballs are available @ www.fedorahosted.org/lohit
see changelog in each tarball for details of changes.
do file a bug if anyone found any problem.

Next i am going to work on lohit devanagari, if have any thought or bug
please file them @
