Funding for people that don't pair with funded people?

Steven,

I'll try to have this email out today -- sorry I've been late on this,
there's been a lot going on with the release, PR, and my upcoming
travel.

Because Mel and I are both going to be indisposed for the next week or
so, we're going to expect each pair of people to handle a hotel
booking.  The pair of people will simply decide between them who will
make the booking.  In some cases, one of them will already have done
so.  When you book, you need a credit card to guarantee the room, of
course, but Mel and I will pick up the tab at the hotel for the people
we're covering, so they won't be charged.

Some people have already done this, and we also want to make sure
people don't double-book by accident either.  That will be in the
email as well.
